Questions to ask when being interviewed
The more questions you ask, the more likely you'll get the job.
Make sure to ask questions.
This shows you’re curious and care about the company you’re joining next.
You’re not just looking for any company to join.
You’re taking ownership of your career.
You also ask yourself questions to see if the company is a fit for you.
Questions you could ask:
How could I grow in this company?
How have people evolved and developed in this company? What roles were they and what roles are they working on now?
How do you make sure that what you're developing actually delivers value to the customers?
How many teams do you have and how are they structured or divided?
Where do you see yourself in 5 years? What goals does the company want to have accomplished?
