Smart work is hard work but calculated, strategized and focused.
Instead of putting your focus on how hard you work, you focus on the quality of your work.
Many people make a mistake when focusing on how much time they spend working.
Use the time to your advantage.
Instead of simply putting in work, take a timer and work focused.
I enjoy doing this with almost all the work I do. It helps me stay focused and better manage my time.
Proper rest between sessions is also important.
Consistency
Form habits.
You can learn and get good at anything through consistency.
Start small, and turn the small activity into a habit. From there, slowly increase the amount of effort you put in.
Consistency should be your priority.
If you're currently working very hard, it's good to consider working less but more focused.
Because you're working less, make sure to do other important things that'll help you every day:
Sleep well
Exercise regularly
Eat well
Hydrate yourself
Entire strategy
Don't mess up your routine!
Make sure to have an alarm, both for bed and waking up.
Working smart means having an entire strategy.
Habits aren't good if you consistently mess them up.
Working smart won't work if you don't have the discipline to do so.
Discipline is the root. It's the foundation that will help you succeed.
Get after it!
